Online Membership Data Reporting (OMDR)

For years, PTAs have wanted a mechanism that would allow them to more quickly and cost-effectively collect dues, communicate with members, track demographics, and offer more member benefits. Finally, technology has caught up with that desire, resulting in National PTA’s Online Membership and Dues Reporting (OMDR) project.

Designed to give local units a direct pipeline to enter data into the system, this unprecedented access will help all levels of the association be more efficient with funds and better responders to member needs, and will point to areas where PTA can expand service.

What you get

  • Better dues and member information
  • Solid technology hosted by National PTA, at no cost to you
  • Automatic upgrades
  • Quicker servicing
  • Security
  • Remote access
  • Integration
  • Control
  • Same work, more benefits

To accomplish our goal, we need each local unit to submit their local unit officers and members information as soon as they receive it each fall. You can submit the information through OMDR, an Excel spread sheet or submit the hard copies to Karen Burghardt, Membership Assistant at the Alabama PTA state office. The required member’s information needed is the members first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, country and local unit ID number.

Just in case you missed OMDR training at the state convention and Summer Leadership Training, a step-by-step guide book will be available on how to implement OMDR.

In addition, you may attend National PTA’s online web courses. If you would like to attend the online web courses, please email PamBerryD4@aol.com for a list of scheduled classes.
